Refund policy:  Satisfaction is guaranteed.  “Store Credit” will be given to the candidate with a valid complaint that is substantiated in writing.  Refunds will be given only at the discretion of the corporation.  Any mock oral board session(s) missed by the candidate despite failed attempts by the corporation to contact the candidate during the eligibility period will not be refunded.  No refunds or credits will be granted to an “inactive” candidate if he fails to complete his pre-paid mock oral session(s).
